Abstract:
GNU T EXmacs is a free word processor that typesets texts and formulae with high quality. It can also serve as an interface to three general-purpose Computer Algebra Systems (CASs): Maxima, MuPAD, and REDUCE. This article discusses the use of these CASs via T EXmacs, focusing on their typesetting quality and the advantages of using T EXmacs as an interface.
