What factors influence the development of a child's social and emotional well-being? The study examined parenting styles, socioeconomic status, and neighborhood quality. The results showed that authoritative parenting, higher socioeconomic status, and better neighborhood quality were positively linked to social and emotional well-being. Implications include the importance of parenting style, socioeconomic status, and neighborhood quality in a child's development.
